 • Positioning the straps
  - Place the Phiten logo on the outside of your ankle.
  - The two straps will run diagonally under your foot.

 • Insert your foot into the strap
  - Thread your foot through the loop of the strap so that the strap is just below your ankle.
  - Adjust the strap to fit snugly around your ankle.
