 • Identify the front and back sections of the sock
  - The toe section is the wide area for the toes.
  - The heel section has a curved area to hug the heel.

 • Insert your foot into the sock
  - Hold the sock opening with both hands.
  - Gently slide your toes in first.

 • Pull the sock over your heel
  - Pull the sock up so that your heel is positioned correctly over the heel of the sock.
