3. USER GUIDE

 • Put the strap on your leg
 - Insert your foot into the main strap
 - Adjust so that the strap fits securely around your ankle.

 • Stabilize the ankle
 - Attach the ankle strap above the ankle using Velcro fasteners to secure the ankle joint.

 • Wrap the support strap
 - Take the long strap and wrap it diagonally around your ankle in an X shape as shown in the image

 • Secure the straps
 - Attach the end of the straps to the Velcro fasteners to complete ankle securing.
