3. USER GUIDE

 • Align the top of the product with the height of your navel .

 • Wrap the belt from the back to the front of your abdomen .

 • Secure with the belt in a V-shape at the front , with your pelvis tilted forward.

 • Hook the right auxiliary belt to the most protruding part of your hip bone.

 • Pull firmly on the auxiliary belt on the painful side and secure it with the Velcro fastener. The other side does not need to be tightened as much.
