3. USER GUIDE

 • Identify the shoulder that needs support.

The brace can be used on either the left or right shoulder depending on the location of the pain or the area requiring support.

 • Place the strap over your shoulder.

Place the large padded cushion over the shoulder joint that needs support.

The padding should sit directly on the shoulder joint to provide better support.

 • Insert your hand through the belt

Position the arm requiring support within the belt so that the belt wraps around the shoulder and upper arm.

 • Wrap the securing strap around your chest.

Pull the long strap around the front of your chest and then behind your back.

Adjust the straps so they fit snugly around your body.

 • Secured with Velcro

Attach the Velcro strap to secure the belt.

Adjust the tightness so that the strap is secure but still allows for comfortable movement.
