3. USER GUIDE

• Identify the top and bottom of the supporter

The section featuring the Phiten logo should be positioned above the knee.

• Pull the supporter onto your leg

Slide your foot into the sleeve and pull it up directly over your knee, just like putting on a standard knee protective sleeve.

• Adjust the positioning

Pull the supporter until the center section properly contours and fits around your knee joint.
Adjust it so that the supporter fits snugly but not overly tight, ensuring maximum comfort during movement.

• Hand wash gently with lukewarm water; avoid harsh detergents or strong laundry powders.
