• Locate the lock

Look for the metal clasp engraved with the word "Philen" on the strap.

• Unlock the ring

Hold firmly the lock head with the word "Phiten" on it.

Gently pull one end of the lock away from the other to separate the two parts of the lock.

• Once the clasp is open, gently pull the two ends of the strap apart and remove the necklace from your neck.

• Note when disassembling

Handle gently, do not pull the cord forcefully.

Always pull from the end of the clasp marked "Phiten" to unlock the bracelet's locking mechanism correctly.
