1. WARRANTEE POLICY

With the criterion of putting the interests of customers first, PHITEN VN commits that all products provided under the PHITEN brand are genuine products, with clear origin and quality assurance.

1.1 HOW TO WARRANTY

  • Products are warranted under the warranty of PHITEN.
  • The product warranty at PHITEN.VN store system will depend on the specific warranty policy of each product line.
  • The product warranty period is calculated from the date PHITEN.VN staff receive the product.
  • Warranty information is recorded on the attached warranty card of the product, including: Company name, warranty address, phone number. Warranty conditions are specified in the manufacturer's warranty card.

Warranty Card:

1.2 WARRANTY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Bring the product with the warranty card to PHITEN store: The product is warranted for free within the warranty period and scope; or charged based on product condition and PHITEN regulations. Expenses incurred (if any) outside the scope of warranty will be borne by the customer.
  • The warranty applies at the system of Genuine stores and PHITEN's official agents nationwide.

1.3 CASE OF PRODUCTS OUT OF WARRANTY

  • Product has expired warranty.
  • The product has lost the manufacturer's warranty card.
  • The warranty stamp is torn, the warranty stamp is no longer available, the warranty stamp is overwritten, or the warranty stamp is modified (including the original warranty stamp).
  • The product is interfered with such as removing components, repairing without the product warranty.
  • The product used does not follow the instructions of PHITEN.
