3. USER GUIDE

 • 50 cm version – For wrist use

 • Wrap the strap around your wrist

Place one end of the strap around your wrist and begin wrapping it from the bottom upwards.

 • Secure the belt

Wrap it 1-2 times around your wrist, depending on its length.

Use Velcro fasteners to secure it in place.

 • Adjust the fit

Tighten the wrist moderately so that it is supported but still allows for flexibility during movement.

 • Place the belt around the thigh area.

Identify the area that needs support (usually the middle or upper thigh).

 • Wrap the belt around your thighs
